With the Warp being more consistent on Ichar IV, the Eldar were able to employ their defences with more confidence and their shooting with more accuracy. This was just as well, for the Orkz ,under new management and winning initiative, charged their lines with even more of their abandon and ferocity.

The Eldar Bright Lances tore into the Ork armour, minimising their expected hammer blow, yet still lost two squadrons of Vypers and a unit of Walkers. But the Wraithguard unleashed their D-Scythes upon the thinned Ork offensive and the remaining Boyz left the field at the start of turn 4.
