Eldar 1,850 vs Walkers 1,800
Capture and Control
Hammer and Anvil
The Eldar were keen to atone for their defeat on Volistad and create a defensive position with their Adeptus Mechanicus allies. The repatriation of their prized maiden world, Myth-Illiath, having to wait.
For their part, the Walkers turned up with objective securing troops and set about claiming the early points. However, Wraithguard, supported by Spiritseers, arrived from the Webway in Wave Serpents, emphasising the Walkers' lack of mobility and started scoring themselves.
The Walkers' Warlord proved to be almost impossible to immobilise and was still standing, unscathed, when the Walkers' found their position untenable, despite a Warlock fatally Periling and making a fair-sized dent in the Eldar battlehost!
Final Score: Eldar 9, Walkers 6 (battle conceded at start of the 4th turn)
For the Harvest!
