The Mechanicus planet of New Mars 163 was experiencing a level 3 disturbance in district 7B. 
A Tech-Priest Dominus together with a unit of Kataphron Breachers and Upgraded Destroyer unit were dispatched to investigate. They found the workers had rebelled, production had stopped. The Tech-Priest calculated that the workers needed replacing, the sooner the better. 

The tracks of the Kataphron's came to life as they slowly pushed forward to be in precise range to shoot the workers but still be out of range of the worker's inferior guns. Under some co-ordination from their leader, the workers dug in, hiding amongst some ruins. The haywire shooting of the Breachers had little effect and, although not ideal against such lightly armoured enemies, the Destroyers made good progress with their Grav weaponry. The puny workers desperately tried to hold ground in front of the Destroyers but group after group were cleansed. 

Amongst the workers a powerful psyker reached out his mind and turned back the Destroyers and melted the enhanced mind of the Tech-Priest. The desperate Breachers charged forward into the psykers unit to try assault where their shooting had failed. The workers threw off their robes to reveal the mutants that they were, with three arms and rending claws instead of hands. The Breachers were too slow and were torn apart by the mutants. A later review of the Breachers video feed has shown that there was an alien creature fighting with the psyker. This alien species has been identified as Genestealer.
