I have been researching what DA players have done in response to the new codex Ravenwing detachment that allows for 3 HQs when only Sammael has the required special rule.
According to ITCs, characters who can buy bikes are said to gain the Ravenwing special rule, even the codex does not say this.
(Interestingly, the codex mentions the Ravenwing explicitly when describing the bike, but doesn't add the special rule. It also has a diagram showing a Chaplain in the Ravenwing, but does not give Chaplains the rule either!)
Does anyone object to me following the ITC rulings? I propose to adhere the spirit of the Ravenwing Company, so no Librarius with rerollable cover saves! The only HQS affected will be Chaplains, Interrogator Chaplains, and Librarians, with no more than 3 allowed.

I am sure that other armies can think of rules that would create a better feel for the spirit of their own armies. I am up to ten pages for Tyranids.
