Tyranid (New Codex first outing) vs Dark Angels

The Dark Angels clumsily awoke the Tyranid horde inside the planet of F6.

The Tyranid horde erupted out of the hive to be met with heavy tanks. Tyranid firepower proved useless. Dark Angel firepower on the other hand was the opposite, giving them first blood. The Angels used this opportunity to man their Quad Gun ready to take down the monstrous flying Harpy. While these Angels were waiting to fire, the equally monstrous Mawloc had tunneled underneath and emerged, taking the bio-mass of all five Angels. The confidence of the Angels dropped further when a lucky blast from a lone Zoanthrope ignited a Land Raider. Further Tyranid attacks did little more damage but the combination of Tyranid numbers and the location of objective markers had already proved too much.

Invasion, Predation, Consumption, Assimilation.

Behemoth grows once more.
